Discreet & Secure Shipping
Your privacy matters to us. Every Skins order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, product names, or identifying details visible on the outside. Whether your items are sent in a box or padded envelope, there is nothing to indicate what is inside or where the parcel has come from.
Any vibrating products or battery-operated items are shipped switched off to prevent accidental activation during transit. We know many customers prefer to keep their purchases private, even from neighbours, housemates, or delivery drivers, so discretion is built into every stage of our shipping process.
Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders every working day, Monday to Friday, to help get your items to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched the very same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, or during weekends and UK bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day. While we always aim to meet our dispatch targets, occasional delays may happen during particularly busy periods or times of unusually high demand.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information where available.
